I can't believe that it's July already can you? We have had some great "toobing" weather here on the Kennebec River! I am also planning a high octane whitewater tubing trip on the Dead River for the 4th of July! There is room for a few others to join us on this exciting adventure! The Dead will be running 1800 cubic feet per second for this trip it should be a lot of fun! Give me a call if you like to join us. I'm also looking to get a group together for 3 or 4 day trip on the St. Croix River sometime between July 20th and August 12th. I have one other person that would like to go but we need a few more to make it work. The cost is $110 per person per day and includes all equipment, food, guide and shuttle! Let me know if you would like to join us!

I just checked the water temp on the Kennebec at the tubing take out it was 64 degrees! The air temp was 91 in the shade! A great day of tubing on the river! The water was high with an 8000 cfs release from Harris station.

Hi paddlers!

     Thanks for surfing in!

We are planning on opening our campground in Caratunk for the season seven days a week starting this Friday, June 18th. Sites are $20 per night and if you stay two nights the third night is free!

The water on the Kennebec is warming up nicely it was 62 degrees when I checked it last week at the take out. (This is warmer then it was on July 4th last year!) We also will be offering our tube rental package for $20 per person for our "Forks Trip" starting this weekend also! Meeting times are 11:30 am and 1:00 pm at our Caratunk office for these trips. Reservations are recommended as we have a limited number of tubes and space in our vans. A 50% deposit will guarantee you a tube but even without a deposit we will try to fit you in if we can!

We have also got a few other exciting new adventures in the planning stages, check back for updates! If you would like to join us on any of our upcoming adventures please contact us, we would love to be a part of your plans!

Thanks for checking out our web site, we hope you can join us this season! If you have any questions or would like to discuss your plans please call or email us!
